Pogo.com Got Me Through Some BORING College Classes...

Ten years ago, I was sitting in my dorm room bored out of my mind.  My roommate was playing this Word Whomp game on Pogo.com. She told me to check it out.  To this day, it remains one of my go to places when I find myself looking for a short diversion.  

Pogo.com is an online gaming community where you win "tokens" when you play games. Kind of like the Chuck E. Cheese tickets... You can keep these tokens or you can cash them in to try and win prizes.  I don't play for the tokens. I play because it is free, mostly, and fun.  They have all sorts of games: From board games, to puzzle games, to card games, to word games, etc.  Some you play with others, some you play by yourself.  You will be amazed at how addictive some of the games like POPPIT! are. 

How it works:

You sign up for a free online account.

You click on the free game you want to play.

You play.

After a while, they will have a brief intermission where you will see an ad.

Then, you play more.

IF you really like Pogo.com, you can sign up and pay for a Club Pogo account. I am not sure what all the perks are, bc I have been fine playing for free all these years. I think you get "premium" games, special Club only areas, and maybe reduced intermissions?

ALSO, you can purchase your favorite games to download onto your computer, should you want to do that.
