Ok, so my connection usually hands me the circular for the following week when I go in to do my weekly CVS run. As I started to pull out the circular I just received tonight, I saw the dates on it. Also, you can use coupons on every deal listed, on sale or otherwise. When you see "Spend $30, get $10 EB" that means spend $30 before you take the coupon amounts off the prices. So, you might be able to spend $30, take $15 off for coupons, and get your $10 EB. You would pay $15 out of pocket to spend $30 in this hypothetical.
